The Student Government Association Constitution
We, the students of Southeastern Louisiana University, in order to promote communication between ourselves and the community of which we are a part, to further educational and social interest, to learn, and to maintain an atmosphere congenial to the advancement of our lives, do ordain and establish this constitution for the Student Government Association.
The Student Government Association Bylaws
The Bylaws of the Southeastern Louisiana University Student Government Association are an extension of the laws as stated in the Constitution and provide in detail the format by which the branches of Student Government can effectively govern and respond to all Southeastern Louisiana University students.
The Student Government Association Standing Rules
The Student Government Association hereby recognizes the legal authority of the President of the University to withdraw, suspend, or modify, for cause, any authority granted to the Student Government Association by this Constitution, Bylaws, or Standing Rules.
