Do I have to get a new ID every semester/year?
Your ID is used throughout your college career unless it is lost, stolen or damaged.
What should I do if I lose my ID?
If your ID is lost, please contact the Campus Card Operations office or University Police. You will need to have a new ID made at the Campus Card Operations office in Student Union Room 113.
How much does it cost to replace an ID?
The cost to replace a lost, stolen or damaged ID is $15.00.
Where and how do I pay for a replacement ID?
You can pay for your replacement ID at the Campus Card Operations office with a check, money order or Lion's Lagniappe account. You can also pay for your replacement ID at the Controller's Office with cash, check, credit/debit card or money order.
Can I punch a hole in my ID to put it on my key ring, etc.?
Because your ID is swiped for transactions, we ask that no holes be put into the ID.
Can someone else use my ID to purchase items?
Only you can make purchases with your ID. Your ID photo will be verified when making a purchase.

Can I check the balance of my Lion's Lagniappe account online?
Online transactions and balances for Lion's Lagniappe are currently not available.
What is the difference between Lion's Lagniappe and Declining Balance Dollars?
Declining Balance Dollars are associated with your Meal Plan and represents the flexible portion of your Meal Plan that is spent at any campus dining facility. While Lion's Lagniappe dollars can be used at any campus dining facility, your Lion's Lagniappe account can also be used to make other on-campus purchases, including the Bookstore, the Document Source, vending machines, copy machines, residential hall laundry facilities, Health Services and the Student Activity Center. Declining Balance Dollars can only be spent at campus dining facilities. Lion's Lagniappe basically allows your ID to be used like a debit card to make a variety of on-campus purchases.
If I have a Meal Plan, why should I open a Lion's Lagniappe Account?
Your Lion's Lagniappe account can be used at a number of non-dining locations on campus, including the Bookstore, the Document Source, vending machines, copy machines, residential hall laundray facilities, Health Services and the Student Activity Center. Budgeting is made easier by having both accounts. With your Meal Plan (whether Residential or Commuter) you know how much you have budgeted for food purchases. Thus, you can budget seperately for all of your non-food purchases (ex. school supplies, copies, Southeastern apparel, etc.).
