Manage Your Lion's Lagniappe Account
with Manage My ID
What is Manage My ID?
Manage My ID is a secure service providing students, faculty, staff and permissioned guest users with online Lion's Lagniappe account capabilities. Privacy and security settings are used when users login to the site. Features of the program include:
1. View Balance Inquiries: Account balances can be displayed in real time
2. Check Transaction History: Transaction histories may be displayed for up to the past six months. Information displayed for each transaction includes date and time, location, account, type of transaction and transaction amount.
3. Report Cards Lost or Stolen: Log onto Manage My ID to submit a lost card report, immediately removing all access and spending privileges from the card.
4. Make Online Deposits: Students, guests (ex. parents), faculty, and staff may deposit money to the Lion's Lagniappe account via credit card from the convenience of their own computers.

The Campus Card Operations office manages everything related to the Southeastern ID, departmenal copy cards and on-campus vending services.
All Southeastern students are required to have a Southeastern ID. Used for a variety of things, you can think of it as your "dining, buying, identifying, do-almost-anything card"! The Student ID is required for:
- Access to your Lion's Lagniappe Account
- Access to your Campus Dining Meal Plan
- Access to the Pennington Student Activity Center
- Checking out rental textbooks
- Access to on-campus residential facilities
- Checking out library materials
- Controller's Office services
- Health Services
- Access to campus events
Life of the Student ID
- Your Student ID is used throughout your college career at Southeastern
- Unless your ID is lost, stolen or damaged you will continue to use the same ID as long as you are a Southeastern student
If Your Student ID Is Lost, Stolen or Damaged
If your Student ID is lost or stolen, it should be reported to Campus Card Operations, located in North Campus Main Building Room 223, (985) 549-3990 or the University Police Department, (985) 549-2222. A hold will be placed on the card until it is found or replaced. To replace your ID, you must pay a $15 processing fee at the Controller's Office, located on North Campus, and bring your paid receipt to the Campus Card Operations office to have a new Student ID made.
