EMS/Controls
The EMS/Controls shop is responsible for providing a/c or heat to all buildings that are on a network. Please visit the EMS/Controls page for more information.
Carpenter Shop
The carpenter shop provides routine maintenance such as replacing stained ceiling tiles, repairing broken windows, toilet paper and paper towel holders, etc. If you need any assistance, please call 3333 or submit a service request.
Key and Lock Shop
The key and lock shop provide maintenance on all locks on campus, as well as making keys, name plates and door signs. If you need any assistance, please call 3333 or submit a service request. The key and lock shop also provides sound set up for campus activities. If you need sound set up, please submit the service request two weeks in advance.
Paint Shop
The paint shop makes repairs to all wall surfaces and does touch-up and room painting. If you need any assistance, please call 3333 or submit a service request.
Electric Shop
The electrical shop provides routine maintenance in the buildings on campus. This includes replacing bulbs, repairing outlets and resetting the breakers. If you need any assistance, please call 3333 or submit a service request.
Mechanic Shop
The mechanic shop provides the maintenance on all university fleet vehicles, university golf carts and generators. If you need any assistance, please call 3333 or submit a service request.
Plumbing and Welding Shop
The plumbing and welding shop provides routine maintenance and repairs on campus, including faucets, comodes and drains. The welding shop builds gates and makes any metal repairs on campus. If you need any assistance, please call 3333 or submit a service request.
Moving Shop
The moving shop provides tables, chairs and trash cans for events on campus. Also, they move furniture to different areas on campus. If you need the movers for an event, please submit a service request two weeks in advance. For any assistance, please call 3333 or submit a service request.
Landscape and Grounds Shop

Construction Shop
The construction crew provide maintenance to the campus grounds such as maintaining parking areas, road signs, as well as roofs and gutters. If you need any assistance, please call 3333 or submit a service request.
Custodial Shop
The custodial shop provides custodial services to most buildings on campus. The custodial shop duties consist of all interior cleaning of these buildings. Some of the duties include emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors. If you need any assistance, please call 3333 or submit a service request.
HVAC Shop
The HVAC shop provides routine maintenance on all a/c, heating, refrigerators, ice machines and fume hoods on campus. If you need any assistance, please call 3333 or submit a service request.
Pest Control
