Instructional Methods

Varied instructional methods are used to achieve an optimal
blend of theory and practical application. Although the
Executive MBA instruction may follow procedures and methods similar
to those of a traditional MBA program, the procedures are modified
to incorporate the experiences of the participants into the
program.
Educational Environment
Professors employ different teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, readings, software packages, cases, projects, presentations, and guest speakers.
Study Groups
A unique feature of the Executive MBA program is the study group. Participants typically form study groups that endure throughout the program.

LockStep Program
Participants start the program in January and enroll in the same sequence of courses for a seventeen-month period. This lock-step approach allows participants to develop effective teams and long-term friendships.
