Welcome to the Summer and Fall of 2012!
We are actively preparing and looking forward to our end of 
the Spring semester recitals as well as a fabulous summer filled with musical talent! Our students have continued to achieve remarkable successes both in our program and their respective schools and the entire CMS faculty and I are enthusiastic about their future endeavors.
In the summer we will once again have our focus on collaborative musicianship among our four workshops, falling under the name, “2012 Southeastern Summer Music Celebration.” These workshops will continue to be open and intended for students possessing special talent and motivation. The middle school band camp, piano duet workshop, string workshop, and guitar workshop are taught by our best faculty. Please take a moment to read through the information under the link to the workshop of your interest, as there are minimum student qualifications, varying registration deadlines and, in some cases, enrollment limitations to consider. Because of the success of last summer’s programs, we have already had many inquiries - so sign up soon. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!
Our regular private music lessons summer session runs from June 4-July 19; however we will adapt your child’s lesson schedule around your family vacation plans. Complete information on fees and schedule is posted under the printable “Summer 2012 registration form,” however you also have the option of registering on line.
Payments may be mailed to CMS 10817, Hammond, LA 70402, or delivered in person to the CMS office. If you wish to pay via credit card, you may do so by calling our office
(985 549 5502).
Fall 2012 registration materials as well as information on new class offerings will be posted under the link “Fall 2012 registration packet” no later than May 15, 2012.
