University Health Center
Health Center visits are FREE OF CHARGE. Specialty clinics such as the Women's/ Men's Health Clinic (Gynecologist) and STD Clinic have a $10 charge. There is also a charge for Labs prices vary depending on type.
You must be a active student with a valid I.D. Please have your I.D. ready to show reception desk.
HOW TO SAVE TIME AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
Women and Men's Health Clinic will be avaliable on January 31, 2012. There is a $10 deposit (non-refundable). Pay at the Controller's Office and bring us a receipt or have the money on your Lion's Lagniappe Card (student I.D.) All appointments must be made in person. Appointments are avaliable on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30-3:00.
Payment Methods
The University Health Center does NOT accept CASH, CHECKS, or CREDIT CARDS. You must have money on your Lion's Lagniappe (Student I.D.) or pay at the Controller's Office and bring us the receipt! Money can be place on your I.D. in the Library across from the front door or by the front door of Document Source.
