Sherman scholarship awarded to Southeastern student

Members of the Sherman family present the William F. Sherman, M.D. Memorial Scholarship to Southeastern Louisiana University student Nicholas Foto of Covington, right. The Sherman family endowed the scholarship in memory of the late Dr. William Sherman of Ponchatoula, a 1971 Southeastern graduate, who was killed in an automobile accident in 1976.
