BUBBLE, BUBBLE – Southeastern Louisiana University chemistry instructor Nicole Carrier, right, demonstrates a chemical reaction for Brenna Blackwell, left, and London Peterson, both of Bowling Green High School in Franklinton at Saturday's (March 24) Rock 'n Roar festival held on the campus. Conducted as part of the District Literary Rally, Rock 'n Roar this year attracted more than 2,900 area high school students to the rally and approximately 1,000 others from area communities.
