HAMMOND – Craig Schimpf, customer service manager for Entergy Hammond, presents a check in support of Southeastern Louisiana University's upcoming Chefs Evening. Chefs Evening will be held April 1 at the Pennington Student Activity Center from 5 to 8 p.m. Proceeds from the event provide unrestricted support for the colleges of the university.
