
My WebMail InBox
The instructions below outline how to open your WebMail, how to reply to or forward and e-mail, how to print an e-mail, and how to delete an e-mail or add it to a Blocklist.

Opening an e-mail
1. Log in to WebMail.
Once you are logged in, your messages in your Inbox will be displayed.

Your Inbox shows 30 messages per page. The top right corner of your Inbox shows the range of messages shown on the page and the total number of messages in your Inbox.
You may sort your messages in your Inbox by Date, From, or Subject by clicking on the column heading.
2. Click on the sender's name in the From field.

Your e-mail message will open up and you will be able to read the message.

3. To return to your Inbox, click the Index button on the tool bar, or Close button in
the top right corner of the screen.

Your Inbox will appear.
Please Note: You can easily distinguish between opened and unopened e-mail by the Unseen icon in the first column of your e-mail Inbox. Your opened e-mail listings will also change color.
Opening Attachments
1. If a file is attached to a message, you will see the underlined attached file listed under the subject of the email message.

2. Right-click the name of the attachment, and choose from the following options:

Open in New Window

Save Target as... this option will allow you to save the file to a remote location on your computer or elsewhere.

Replying to an e-mail
1. Open the e-mail message.

2. Click on “Reply” located on the action bar located directly above the opened message. A Reply Message page will open.
Please Note: WebMail's action bars are located above and below the message. You may use either action bar.
3. The To field and the Subject field will be auto-populated.

5. Key in your message in the Message field.
Your reply message should be placed above the text of the original message. It is always a good idea to do this as it preserves the context of the discussion.
6. Click the Send button.

Forwarding an e-mail
1. Open the e-mail message.
2. Click on “Forward” located on the action bar located directly above the opened message. A Forward Message page will open.
Please note: WebMail's action bars are located above and below the message. You may use either action bar.

3. Key in the e-mail address of the person you wish to forward the message to in the “To” field.
4. Key in your message in the Message field, above the original message.

5. Click the Send button.

Printing an e-mail
1. Open the e-mail message.
2. Click on “Printer friendly view” located to the far right center of the opened message.

3. Once the Printer friendly view appears, use your Web browser's print tool to print the message.

4. Click the Print button in your printer message box.

Deleting an e-mail
1. Check the box next to the message you wish to delete in your Inbox.

2. Click on "Delete" in the action bar located at the top left of your Inbox. Deleting from your Inbox allows you to delete "junk mail" without having to open it.
Please Note: You may also delete an e-mail after opening the message by clicking on Delete in the action bar located at the top of the message.
3. When you delete an e-mail, it is moved to the DELETED folder and you may retrieve it from this folder if needed.


Adding Spam to the Blocklist
1. When reading a message that you believe to be spam, simply click the button 'Add to Blocklist and Delete'. This function will delete the message and block the sender from sending future e-mails.

2. Another way of doing this is to click 'Options' on the top center of the webmail toolbar.

3. Click 'Blocklist' to the top left of the webmail toolbar.

4. Enter the e-mail address of the spam sender or an e-mail address that you would like to block from sending future messages. Be sure to click the Save button.
