
My WebScheduler
Using Web Scheduler in WebMail provides you with a personal calendar that you can access anywhere that you have Internet access.
The instructions below direct you in how to access your scheduler in WebMail, and how to add entries to your calendar.
Access WebScheduler in WebMail
1. Log in to WebMail.


2. Click on the Schedule button.
The Schedule button is located on the tool bar located across the top of your WebMail page.

The WebScheduler will appear.
3. To change view format of Scheduler:
Click on the tabs on the WebMail toolbar to change the view of your Scheduler by week, month, or year. The default is Daily view.

4. To change months:
Select the Month from the toolbar. Click the arrows next to the month to scroll between months.
5. Select the Day button from the toolbar located across the top of the Webmail page.

Add a New Appointment
1. Click Add New Appointment on the day you wish to add an event.
(From the Day view, click Add New Appointment.)

2. Complete the appropriate fields.
Complete the fields on the Edit Appointment page, including Time span, Subject, and Location.
3. Click the Save button.

Your event entry is now included on your personal calendar.

4. Click on the event to view the details of the entry.

5. To edit an event after creating it:

Click on the event.

Make changes to event information.

Click the Save button.
6. To delete an event after creating it:
-
Click on the event. The event information will appear.

Click on the Delete button on the top left side of the WebMail toolbar. This will permanently remove the event from your calendar.
