How to Upload Files into Collage
How Do I Instructions for Collage's Classic View
The instructions below will guide you in uploading files created outside of Collage (such as .pdf files) into your Web site.
It is recommended that any documents that are to be downloaded for printing and/or saving should be provided in .pdf format. This will allow your Web audiences easier access to these files.

Collage Tip: You can only upload .pdf files into an assets-type folder. To create an assets folder, click the New Folder button on your tool bar. In the Folder type field, choose "assets_fldr." Name the folder in the name field (don't forget, your name must be in lower case -- no caps, spaces, or special characters) and key in a description of the contents in the Description field. Click the OK button and you have created your assets folder. |
2. Click the Upload button on the tool bar.

3. Click the Browse button. Browse to and select the file you wish to place on your Web site.

4. Click the Open button.

5. Click the OK button.

6. Your file has now been added to your Web site. You may now link to the file from your Web page.
