Finding a Course in the Blackboard Catalog

Access the Blackboard site. |

Click the View Course Catalog button on the right side of the page.

The Browse Course Catalog page will display. |

From the Course dropdown menu in the Search Catalog section of the page, you can select
from Name, Description, or Instructor. |

If you would like to search from the Search Catalog Section of the page, select the
desired option from the Course dropdown menu and key the required information into
the textbox to the right.

The following figure is an example of what a search might look like using this method. |

Click the Go button.

The search results will return as in the example below. |

If you would like to search from the Location: Top section of the page, click on the
appropriate link to find the course you are searching for.

For example, if you clicked ARTS, HUMANITIES, and SOCIAL SCIENCES, you would see a
page similar to the one below. |

Select the appropriate link for the desired class from the list provided. |
| |
The search results will display in list form as shown in the example below. |

Click on the link for the desired class. |
| |
The course information will display. |
