Southeastern LSBDC to host advisor symposium webcast

      HAMMOND – The Louisiana Small Business Development Center at Southeastern Louisiana University is working with New York Life Agent Gary Sandifer to host a live remote webcast of the 2012 Advisor Symposium.

     The webcast, "Issues of Interest to Advisors Today," will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 12 to 4 p.m. (CST). The live webcast will be held at the Southeast Louisiana Business Center in Hammond on 1514 Martens Dr.

     The event will address a variety of issues of interest to professional advisors in various areas, said Sandy Summers, assistant director of the SBDC. Topical areas include: trust owned policies, asset protection, practice management, as well as the economy and financial markets.

     A variety of continuing education credits are available upon completion of this webcast:

CE for Insurance Professionals – 4.0 Life

CFP for Financial Professionals – 4.0 Insurance
