Exhibit showcases talents of Southeastern seniors

HAMMOND – The artwork of Southeastern Louisiana University graduating seniors will be on display Thursday, Nov. 15, to Saturday, Dec. 8, at the university's Contemporary Art Gallery in East Stadium.
The Fall Senior Exhibition features some of the finest artwork from the graduating seniors of the department. The artists will be honored at an opening reception Thursday, Nov. 15, from 5-7 p.m. The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public. In addition to the works of art, gallery visitors can enjoy food and drinks.
The Contemporary Art Gallery hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, with extended hours until 8 p.m. on Wednesdays. For additional information, call Associate Professor and Gallery Director Dale Newkirk at (985) 549-5080.
