- I-12 East to I-55 exit (North Jackson, Mississippi) Sign reads: "North-Jackson, Mississippi" (Exit will be at top of overpass)
- I-55 North to Exit 32 Sign reads: "Wardline Road / University Avenue"
- At light, take right onto "University Ave."
- Continue East on University Ave.
- Past light at intersection of N. Morrison Blvd.
- Past Trey Yuen Restaurant (on left) and McKneely Funeral Home(on right)
- Past Southeastern's University Center (on left) and light at intersection of General Pershing and University Ave.
- Take right at main entrance to SLU.
- Take left at stop sign.
- University Police and Visitor Information Center will be on the right.
