Google recently announced the availability of Google Patent Search  (http://www.google.com/patents).

 

This site allows the user to search and view the full text of approximately 7 million patents issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office from the 1790s to the middle of 2006.

 

The database does not include international patents, patent applications, or patents issued within the past few months.

The House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct recently released its Investigation of Allegations Related to Improper Conduct Involving Members and Current or Former Pages (House Report 109-733).

 

The 210-page report is available as a PDF file at

Katrina

 

The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs recently released a special report entitled Hurricane Katrina:  A Nation Still Unprepared (Senate Report 109-322).
