Federal Sources of Information About Capital Punishment
On April 16, 2008 the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the ruling of Kentucky’s Supreme Court that lethal injections do not violate the Eighth Amendment. If you’d like to read more about that particular case or about capital punishment in general, here are some sources you might like to check:
