Sims Library Software FAQ



If after entering your UserID and PIN, you get the logon screen again, other software on your PC may be interfering with access.

  1. Try using a different browser such as

    Firefox - http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/
    Chrome - https://www.google.com/chrome
    Safari - http://www.apple.com/safari/

  2. Run a virus scan on your PC.

  3. Run a spyware detection program such as

    Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - http://www.malwarebytes.org/
    (The use of the free version is only granted for personal use, not users of university/college computers.)

    Ad Aware - http://www.lavasoft.com/
    (The use of the free version is only granted for personal use, not users of university/college computers.)

  4. Install all critical Windows updates - http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
