Library Systems
The Systems Department is located on the first floor of the library. The Department is responsible for maintaining library technology and computers, including:
- public and staff PCs
- access to library databases and electronic reserves
- library automation system
- online catalog
- staff modules
- reports
- configuration
- troubleshooting
- library statistics
- library web pages
- equipment inventory
- software license maintenance
The Department works closely with LOUIS: the Louisiana Library Network and Southeastern's Office of Technology.
