"Southeastern has molded me as a well-rounded individual with the privilege of getting involved with extracurricular activities on campus; the numerous experiences these activities afford positively impact my scholarly, inter-personal and social growth."

Scholarship Opportunities

When you work hard in high school, you get good grades. At Southeastern, when you’ve worked hard in high school, you get scholarships. As a qualified beginning freshman, you can automatically receive a four-year scholarship package without even applying for it.

In an effort to simplify the scholarship process, benefit a greater number of students, and enhance scholarship opportunities, the following guidelines were established:

  • Any student admitted to Southeastern with a 24 or higher ACT and a minimum 3.00 high school grade point average qualifies for a scholarship at Southeastern.
  • All scholarships are awarded for eight semesters.
Essay and recommendation letters are no longer required.
Although there is no longer a formal deadline, students are strongly encouraged to apply early, as the number of awards will depend on the availability of funds.

Below is a scholarship grid that indicates the annual scholarship award students may qualify to receive. Eligibility is based on full-time status.
