Ms. Veda Abene
Executive Assistant to the Dean of Continuing Education
Celebrating her 25th anniversary of Southeastern employment, Ms. Abene is the executive assistant to the dean in Continuing Education, where she also coordinates incumbent worker training grants. Ms. Abene has been described by her colleagues as representative of “all things Southeastern.” An avid sports fan, she doesn’t miss many events. In addition, she volunteers her time to the Alumni Association, the FE-Lions, Development Foundation, Athletics, and Special Olympics, just to name a few.
