High School Counselors -- The piece that holds it together
If college admissions were a giant puzzle, you would be the final corner piece that holds the picture together. Without you, the picture would simply fall apart. As a high school counselor, you play a vital role in helping students make smart and informed decisions about which school is right for them. At Southeastern, we value that relationship and want to make sure you have all the information you need to be successful.
Degrees and special programs
At Southeastern, you will find programs that rank among the best in the country. With six academic colleges, 26 departments of instruction, and over 65 degree programs, your students will have the opportunity to pursue their interests and maybe even discover a few more. More >>

Scholarships & financial aid
There is no question that a college education can be expensive. And trying to help families figure out how they will pay for it can be challenging. At Southeastern, we have made paying for college as easy as possible by streamlining our scholarship process with guaranteed four-year scholarship packages for beginning freshmen who qualify based on their ACT scores and high school grade point averages. In addition, students can qualify for federal assistance. More >>
Tuition and fees
Southeastern students pay tuition according to the number of semester hours scheduled (Including courses taken for audit). Additional charges, such as textbook rental fees, laboratory fees, ID fees, fines (parking, books, etc.), housing, meals and vehicle registration, will appear on the fee statement, if applicable. Any credits, such as scholarships and other types of financial aid, as well as prior tuition and fee payments, also appear on the fee statement, with a net balance due. More >>
Honors programs
Remarkable things happen when highly motivated students and acclaimed professors come together. In Southeastern’s Honors Program, we believe learning is contagious. Our goal is to give each student not just the knowledge and skills necessary for success, but also the vision to connect what they have learned to what the world needs. More >>
Special programs for high school students
For your students who are excelling in the classroom and are looking for a new challenge, we have a number of programs that will allow them to take college courses and receive credit while they are still in high school. More >>
