Mission Statement
In keeping with the University mission to disseminate and increase knowledge, and the Division of Student Affairs’ mission to develop and disseminate programs and services which provide growth opportunities for students.
The mission of the office of Student Organizations and Greek Life is to develop programs, monitor, develop and evaluate policies as they pertain to student organizations, and to assist students with management and opportunities toward leadership, personal development, and life skills for members of student organizations. To encourage and provide opportunities for development and to explore other educational opportunities.
Student Organizations/Greek Life serves as the university's student organization approval authority and liaison to officially registered student organizations. The department maintains contact information for presidents and advisors for over 100 student organizations.
