Art and Music Classes

Tom Collins is teaching Beginning Harmonica.

This course puts you behind the “harp”, playing blues, rock and country style by the end of the first session.  Theory is kept to the essentials, with emphasis on practical techniques:

◦Hand Positioning
◦Tongue-blocking and lip-pursing
◦Exploring simple melodies
◦Theory of blues, rock and country styles
◦Class performance of basic blues
Hohner Special 20 Harmonica, Majore Diatonic, Key of C

Instructor preferred/best quality - *Lee Oscar major diatonic in C*

Harmonicas are less expensive on the Internet.  They are also available in music stores.

Robin Wells is teaching How to Write a Novel.

This course will cover the basics of writing novel-length fiction, including story structure, plotting, character development, dialogue, description and point of view.
