Annual NETT Conference
Northshore Excellence in Teaching with Technology
Get Connected! Teachers and Technology
Every summer Southeastern Louisiana University, Delgado Community College and the St. Tammany Parish School Board join together to host the annual Northshore Excellence in Teaching with Technology Conference (NETT). This annual conference is specifically designed for educators of all levels and disciplines to learn new and enhance existing technology skills for the classroom.
The conference format is one day of pre-conference technology workshops followed up by a second day of keynote speakers and general sessions. Pre-conference workshops are held at various locations including Mandeville, Covington, Walker, and Hammond. All pre-conference workshops are hands-on and include topics, such as: web development, Microsoft Office applications, digital media, web-based course delivery, electronic classroom devices, technology grants and much more. The second day of conference features industry expert speakers, vendor exhibits, interactive presentations, a free lunch, door prizes and a generous grand prize!
