Roomie waves to kids at the annual St. Tammany Parish Holiday of Lights event. Each year thousands of lights, holiday trees and decorations are on display during the month of December right outside of the St. Tammany Center.

Southeastern Louisiana University's St. Tammany Center is committed to the St. Tammany and surrounding communities and incorporates positive meaningful activities in the areas of education, economic development and cultural experiences.
Southeastern's St. Tammany Center Director, Ms. Stella Helluin, has been a active member with the West St. Tammany Chamber since 2004. Ms. Helluin was elected to serve on the Chamber Board from January 2005 to December 2007. Ms. Helluin was asked to serve on the Chamber Executive Board for January 2006 to January 2007 and January 2007 through January 2008.
