Terms of Service:
Equipment is available to be used by enrolled Southeastern Louisiana University students for academic purposes for up to 7 consecutive days. Equipment shall be picked up and delivered in Fayard Hall 129.
You will be asked to sign the following statement :
I understand that I am fully responsible for the equipment I am receiving, and must make all reparation if necessary if any damage or loss to the equipment occurs while the equipment is in my possession. I further understand that unless written notification is given to SPS office, failure to return the equipment within the seven (7) days of the return date, may be considered trespass of the equipment, and may be investigated by appropriate law enforcement agencies and/or Judicial Affairs. SPS reserves the right to refuse check out services for just cause.
Note:
If you are having trouble logging in to our system with your W number and password, first make sure that your password is working by logging into your Southeastern Gmail or Blackboard account. If you still cannot log into our system, please come by our office in Fayard Hall, Rm 129, during office hours with your Southeastern Louisiana University ID so that you can be added to the system.
