The topic for this quarter’s safety report is "Safety Responsibilities". The memo along with the handouts were mailed on April 1, 2009.
As a supervisor you have a responsibility to the employees in your division. The Office of Risk Management would like all supervisors to make sure all employees receive quarterly safety reports and are aware of their responsibilities as it relates to safety.
- When all signatures are obtained, please return ONLY your completed departmental roster to Box 10452 by April 30, 2009.
