CARDIO FITNESS

Spin- is a one-hour class that utilizes stationary bikes for an extreme cardio workout.

Each instructor will take you through a stimulating yet challenging bike ride. This class

is sure to make you sweat so be sure to bring a towel and water bottle.

Step Express- Great for any fitness level. This class is an awesome cardio workout that

incorporates a variety of creative combinations and patterns on a step platform.

Cardio Kick- A non-contact workout that incorporates basic boxing moves, agility drills,

and muscle toning exercises. This high-energy class is guaranteed to make you sweat.

Cardio Variety- Tired of the same old routine. Try a new workout every week! Classes

may include but are not limited to: HI / LOW Floor Aerobics, Kickboxing, and Total Body

Toning. All levels welcome!

 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

BOOT CAMP- Front & Center! High energy, intense cardio training guaranteed to boost

you energy and metabolism to new heights. This is an easy to follow yet challenging

workout that includes strength, cardio, and core conditioning.

Abs/Back- is an intense core workout that helps improve strength, stability, and

definition. Focuses on entire abdominal and back muscles.

Love Your Legs – This class will help you get the legs you have always wanted.

A workout designed to shape the legs, glutes, and other troublesome areas.

Pilates- is a total body-conditioning workout that emphasizes torso stabilization

through the use of the abdominal and back. Great for increasing flexibility,

strength, and posture. All levels welcome.

 

MIND & BODY

Hatha Yoga- This class is a beginning level class.  It will focus on the

fundamentals of traditional Hatha Yoga postures with attention to breath,

alignment and the heart to experience inner joy and serenity.  The postures

are a means of opening energy channels, stretching and strengthening the

physical body, and celebrating life.

 

Hatha Yoga II – This class will build on the fundamentals of tradional hatha

yoga using vinyasa (flow).  The focus will be on building strength, flexibility,

and will power becoming more skillful in using posture, breath and inner focus

to release tensions and to delve more deeply inside. 

Tai Chi- is an ancient martial art based exercise that is a series of flowing

movements. It is a moving meditation that can strengthen legs, improve

coordination, body awareness, and balance, and increase circulation. Tai chi

helps reduce stress, quiet the mind and increase concentration.

 

AEROBIC DANCE

Movin n Groovin- This class is a fun, energetic dance aerobics class that is

jam-packed with today’s (and yesterday’s) most popular line dances including

the Electric Slide, the Cupid Shuffle, and Soulja Boy. This class is sure to keep

your feet moving and those calories burning.

Hip Hop Aerobics- This class uses simple hip hop moves combined with upbeat

R&B street music to keep you moving the whole time. Hip Hop is a great class

to get your cardio workout, and have fun while doing it!

Latin Moves- Always wanted to learn how to swing to the Latin Beats. This class

will give you a cardiovascular workout with a Latin twist.  It combines aerobic

exercise with dance choreography adapted from salsa, merengue, and the

bachata. Partners not required.
