The mission of the Southeastern Purchasing Department is to provide effective and efficient response to the procurement needs of its academic and administrative departments in their delivery of quality instruction, research and service in a student-centered environment while seeking to maintain and advance long-term, mutually profitable ethical supplier relationships.
