Vision 2017 - Southeastern's Strategic Plan

The University Planning Council, which includes representation from our faculty, staff and student body, recently completed work on revisions to our Strategic Plan, Vision 2017. The result of many hours of work, this Strategic Plan provides a framework to guide future activities and initiatives at Southeastern.
Consistent with our GRAD Act objectives, the Strategic Plan embraces continued advancement in student success measures, including retention and graduation rates, as well as further alignment of our efforts with regional workforce and economic development needs.
As the next step in our institutional planning process, each division will develop detailed action plans formulated around the strategic priorities and goals outlined in the Plan. A copy of Vision 2017 is attached.
