Only mail and packages addressed to a current box holder will be delivered.  It is policy that the name and number on the box must match the articles received.  All else will be returned to sender.

Postal employees cannot check your box for mail.  You must come in person, with your key, or send someone with your key to check your box for mail or notices.

Boxes must be closed or renewed by the deadline advertised via box notices, signage and notices posted on the university webmail login page.  Failure to meet the deadline will result in box closure and forfeiture of the key deposit.

Box renewals or closures must be done in person at the University Post Office.  Please remember to fill out a Change of Address form upon closure of your box so that mail may be forwarded to your new address.

Federal law prohibits mail from being permanently forwarded from an open box.  You must close the box, return the key and complete a Change of Address form in person (signature and W# is required).
