University Police Records and Files

Our Administrative Services Section is responsible for maintaining police records, payroll, data entry, purchasing, oversight of budget, human resources, and personnel files.

We employ three full time staff members in this administrative unit.

Our direct line is 985-549-2318, and we are open from 7:45 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays or University closures.

To pick up a police report, you will need to appear in person at the University Police Department during regular business hours with an official Photo Identification and provide a $5.00 processing fee.

Only that portion of the report containing public record information will be released to members of the public.  A Judicial Subpoena will be required for any information contained in a report that is not public record.
