Our Administrative Services Section is responsible for maintaining police records, data entry, purchasing, overtime details, security contracts, oversight of budget, human resources, and personnel files.

We employ four full time staff members in this administrative unit.

Our direct line is 985-549-2318 during reglar University business hours.

To obtain a copy of a police report (including traffic crash reports), you will need to appear in person at the University Police Department during regular University business hours and provide a $7.00 processing fee.

Only that portion of the report containing public record information will be released to members of the public.  A Judicial Subpoena will be required for any information contained in a report that is not public record.
