Key Policy
The Key policy can be found in the appropriate employee handbook here under Building Security and Building Keys.
Lost Key Information
Please complete the Lost Key form letter with the employee information. Then have the appropriate personnel sign before sending the original letter to Physical Plant.
If the keys are to be reissued send the letter with a service request. If you have any questions, please call Work Control at 985-549-3333.
