Hanging Signs on Campus
For more information, contact the Office of the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at 985-549-3792
- Signs can be hung two days prior to the event, the day of the event, and must be removed the day after the event, even if the event is a weekly occurrence. This includes sheet signs and flyers
- Complete the Sign Approval Formand bring it to the building head of where you would like to hang the sign forhis/her signature
- Once the form is completed with the appropriate signatures, bring the form and a copy of the sign to the Office of the AssistantVice President for Student Affairs for final approval
