“Shots Fired – When Lightning Strikes is a serious look at how individuals can more
effectively deal with an active shooter situation on campus. Produced by The Center
for Personal Protection and Safety in Spokane, Washington, this video provides visual
instruction, suggestions and tools to help campus faculty, staff and students prevent
and survive an active shooter situation. The video is effective viewed on its own,
but even more effective as part of a link to a Blackboard class, entitled similarly
