Performance Management for Supervisors
The following video module, produced by the Louisiana Department of State Civil Service,
was
designed to instruct unclassified supervisors on how to properly conduct the Performance,
Planning and Review (PPR) on classified employees. Though designed for unclassified
rating supervisors, it may be viewed by any supervisor as a means to better understand
and administer the PPR document.
