The list below contains instructions and the proper forms for filling job vacancies on campus. Be sure and choose the correct set of instructions for the type of vacancy to be filled. The links to the actual forms to be used are contained in the instructions.
Some of the forms are in Microsoft Word format, while other forms are in .pdf format, requiring Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the files. Employment Forms
To access the form needed: Click on the link and the form will automatically open up, using either Adobe Acrobat Reader or Microsoft Word. With either version you may then save the form as a file on your computer, or print it out immediately.
To save the form: Click the File Save button located on the toolbar directly above the form.
To print the form:
Acrobat Reader format
Forms that use Acrobat Reader to open (.pdf format) can be printed out only. Click the Print button located on the toolbar directly above the form to print it out. You may then complete the form by hand or use a typewriter (preferable). Be sure you print the form on the correct color of paper, and use the front and back of the sheet if the form is longer than one page.
Microsoft Word format
Forms that are Microsoft Word documents (.doc format) may be completed before they are printed out. Complete the form by keying in the appropriate information in the appropriate space (you may use your Tab key to move from one field to the next). Then click the Print button located on the toolbar directly above the form. Be sure you print the form on the correct color of paper, and use the front and back of the sheet if the form is longer than one page.
