Men's Health Clinic
There is no charge for the Men's Health Clinic visit. However, there is a charge for specific test.
Prior to your visit.
Complete the Men’s Health History Form at the link below and bring to your visit.
You may be asked to provide a urine specimen prior to your exam. If labs are required to assist with your diagnosis, additional fees may be incurred.
There will be no charge for follow-ups if you are asked to return but ALL Follow-up appointments must be scheduled online.
If for any reason you cannot keep your appointment, please call the University Health Center within 24 hours of your scheduled time so others can fill this opening. 985-549-2242.
If you have an outstanding balance with the Health Center, you will have two weeks to take care of this before the Controller’s Office is instructed to block your account. You may make payments if unable to pay entire balance at once.

-- Students must pay for laboratory services. Lab services include STD tests. If you think you may need an STD test, there will be a charge. The cost can range from $10 to $100 for ONE test. The best option is to have money on your I.D. or come with a credit/debit card.
-- The only acceptable method of payment at the University Health Center is your Lions Lagniappe (ID) or credit/debit card. All other forms of payment must be made at the University Controllers Office. Lab fees vary. If necessary call for specific pricing.
