Disability Services Staff
Kay Harrison Maurin, Director
Ms. Maurin is the Director of Disability Services. She is a National Certified Counselor and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education in Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Higher Education at Louisiana State University. She is a member of the Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) and the Louisiana Association of College and University Student Personnel Administrators (LACUSPA).
Angela James, Coordinator
Ms. James joined the Office of Disability Services in the Spring of 2008 as the Coordinator. She is a National Certified Counselor, holds a Master of Education in Counseling with an emphasis in Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Science from Southeastern Louisiana University. Ms. James has extensive experience working in student affairs and with students with disability.
Cecelia L. Palumbo, Administrative Assistant
Ms. Palumbo has worked in the Office of Disability Services since 1998 and has extensive experience in the field of Disability Services.
