These year-long institutes provide faculty an opportunity for intensive training and dialogue in a selected area which has the potential to enhance the learning and teaching experiences of students and faculty. ITPEs are announced in the spring semester and begin with two training sessions in the summer, followed by "follow-up" seminars in the academic year.
