Spring 2008 Part-Time Job Fair

On Wednesday, January 30, the Office of Career Services held its seventh Part-Time Job Fair in the Student Union for all Southeastern students. Approximately 40 employers were there to recruit students interested in securing a part-time job. Despite the frigid weather, this Part-Time Job Fair was a tremendous success for both the employers and students. Thanks to all who participated in our Spring 2008 Part-Time Job Fair!

Career Fair 2007

On Tuesday, September 18th, 2007, the Office of Career Services hosted Career Fair 2007 at the Pennington Student Activity Center. Career Fair 2007 featured over 150 employers and exhibitors from across the state and across the country offering career and post graduation education opportunities and information to students and alumni. Thanks to all volunteers, employers, and students who participated and made Career Fair 2007 a very successful event! |

Fall 2007 Part-Time Job Fair

As part of Welcome Week, the Office of Career Services hosted the Fall 2007 Part-Time Job Fair for all Southeastern students on Tuesday, August 28, in the Student Union. Many on-campus departments and local businesses and organizations attended to recruit students interested in securing a job opportunity. Despite the hot and humid weather, employer and student participation were at an all-time high! |

On Tuesday, January 23, the Office of Career services hosted its fifth Part-Time Job Fair in the Southeastern Student Union. Despite the frigid weather, over 40 different companies and organizations visited Southeastern's campus looking for students interested in obtaining a part-time job from a broad range of opportunities. |

Career Fair 2006

Career Fair 2006 featured over 150 employers and exhibitors offering career and post graduation education opportunities and information to students and alumni. An estimated 1,000 Southeastern students and alumni filled the Student Activity Center to learn about career opportunities being offered by the many employers in attendance. Employers were impressed by the level of preparedness of students and alumni and by the number of students and alumni who attended the event. |
Fall 2006 Part-Time Job Fair

With over 35 employers in attendance, the Fall 2006 Part-Time Job Fair turned out to be a great success. Held on Wednesday, August 23, this was the fourth Part-Time Job Fair hosted by the Office of Career Services. Students who visited the Southeastern Student Union were able to meet with local businesses, organizations, and on-campus departments, and see the broad range of job opportunities offered by these employers. |

Career Fair 2005 featured over 140 employers and exhibitors offering career and post graduation education opportunities and information to students and alumni. Because of the postponement of Career Fair 2005 during the fall semester due to hurricane Katrina, this is the first time Career Fair has been held in the spring semester. Several hundred Southeastern students and alumni filled the Student Activity Center to learn about career opportunities being offered by the many employers in attendance. Employers were impressed by the level of preparedness of students and alumni and by the number of students and alumni who attended the event. |
