On-Campus Interviews

On-campus interviews allow you, the employer, to spend a day interviewing qualified Southeastern Louisiana University seniors, graduate students, and alumni without the time and expense of set-up involved in bringing candidates in to your office. Career Services also provides an environment for you to conduct informational, testing, or other pre-interview sessions, as part of your hiring process.
Career Services offers an "open schedule" option or a "pre-select schedule" option for employers. With the open schedule option, students and alumni are allowed to sign up for, and are guaranteed, an interview with your organization. With the pre-select schedule option, students and alumni are allowed to sign up for, but are not guaranteed, an interview. A deadline for sign-up is established and publicized, resumes are collected by CS and forwarded to you, and then you select from that pool those applicants you wish to interview and simply inform us of your selections. The remainder of the process is coordinated by CS. |

We are currently accepting employers’ on-campus interview requests for the fall semester. Our Fall 2008 On-Campus Interview season is scheduled to begin Monday, October 6th and end Friday, December 5th.
Employers choosing to participate in Career Fair 2008, scheduled for Wednesday, September 24th, may choose to conduct their on-campus interviews as early as Monday, September 29th. However, employers will have to coordinate these interviews with individual students and alumni themselves, as opposed to having Career Services coordinate this effort for them.
