Basic Computing Services is organized into four groups that contribute unique services to a wide range of faculty, staff and students.
The Help Desk at Southeastern Louisiana University is to provide instruction, support and consultation to faculty and staff in the efficient use of the latest software technology available, and to provide timely hardware installation, service and maintenance.
The Computer Equipment Resales is to assist the faculty, staff, academic and administrative departments of the University by providing expert advice in purchasing computer equipment to meet the technological needs of the future.
Network Availability at Southeastern Louisiana University is to provide the best possible installation and maintenance of data, telephone, video, and distance learning systems for all faculty, staff and students.
Student Productivity Services / Student Technology Services is to train, assist, and serve all Southeastern Louisiana University students with technology in a positive environment; and provide a value added component to enhance their academic achievements so they may be prepared to meet the technology needs of the regional community.
