Admission Criteria and Academic Regulations for Graduate Applicants:
All students applying for admission to Southeastern's Graduate School must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution
- Undergraduate GPA of 2.5
OR a 2.75 GPA on the last 60 hours of coursework - GRE/GMAT score that meets or exceeds the particular graduate degree program requirements
- Approval for admission by the Graduate Coordinator/Director of the graduate degree program being pursued
Students who do not meet this criteria may be admitted conditionally with:
- Undergraduate GPA of 2.0, and
- Any other conditional requirements of the particular graduate degree program.
Southeastern's Graduate Degree Programs
International Students:
International students are encouraged to apply! In addition to the general admission requirements and specific degree program requirements for admission, international students must:
- Provide a statement of financial responsibility, giving name and address of sponsor. Each student must provide a statement certifying a minimum of US $20,500 on deposit.
- Provide an official copy of TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) for any international student whose native language is not English. A minimum score of 500/173/61 is required. To apply for the MBA program, the minimum score required is 525/195/75.
- Follow United States Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations regarding transfer of schools
- Provide foreign student advisor report (pdf) if transferring from another US school.

Remember, even if you transmit your application via the web, you must still pay the appropriate application fee and provide the remaining documentation.
Completed applications contain:
- Graduate School Application and fee
- Transcripts from previous institutions
- Completed Immunization Compliance Form (pdf)
- International students must also provide a Statement of Financial Responsibility, TOEFL score (if applicable), and visa clearance
Deadline dates for applications are:
- May 1 for Summer entry
- July 15 for Fall entry
- December 1 for Spring entry
