Want to learn how to create your own puppets and make a short film? Learn the basics of stop-motion animation with exercises that include flipbooks, optical toys, experiments with direct-film techniques, traditional hand-drawn animation, creation of your own cut-paper puppet and different approaches to stop-animation! Learn about video cameras, tripods, editing and capturing animation in this fun and educational workshop. The final day of the workshop will be a "film festival" showcasing the films and projects to friends and family.
