Southeastern Louisiana University is proud to offer a series of exciting career workshops for junior high and high school students. In our hands-on courses, participants explore a career and gain knowledge of the competencies required to succeed in their field of interest. These summer workshops will introduce students to career opportunities available in Louisiana and compatible higher education programs within Southeastern’s college curriculum.
Early Bird Registration Deadline: May 10, 2013; Early Bird Cost: $280
Registration Deadline: June 7, 2013; Registration Cost: $295
Late Registration Deadline: June 13, 2013; Late Registration Cost: $320
** Workshops that are sponsored may have a reduced cost. Some Workshops have an overnight option available with an added cost. Individual Workshop webpages will indicate if these options are available**

Our workshops are hands-on, using the latest technology in our specialized labs to create an interactive experience. We also incorporate a team component to simulate the dynamics of a real work environment. Friends and family will be invited on the last day to view the new skills participants have acquired. The overnight option in the dorms on Southeastern's main campus is offered to high school students in workshops on the main campus only.
